When I went to pick up the girls from their morning nap I discovered that Mabel had a little visitor in her crib. Stella had climbed up over the rails and plopped down into her sisters crib. I had been wondering what all the happy chattering was all about.
Stella had even more ideas up her sleeve for later in the afternoon. When I went up to get them from their afternoon nap Stella was perched on top of the night stand on the opposite side of Mabel's crib. Mabel was desperately trying to figure out how she had climbed out.
Later in the evening, when it was bed time, Mabel was able to show off her climbing abilities. She's been watching Stella and taking notes, I think. Mabel figured out how to climb up from the floor into her crib with the rail down. She was so pleased with herself! Stella was in there waiting and they had a little baby bear hug/tackle to celebrate.
